Самоуправление заболеванием и его роль в предупреждении обострений при хронической обструктивной болезни легких

Аннотация
Самоуправление заболеванием признается в качестве важнейшего инструмента оказания высококачественной медицинской помощи при хронической обструктивной болезни легких (ХОБЛ) и обычно представлено планом действий в качестве ключевого компонента, который помогает пациентам распознавать обострения, чтобы начать лечение на ранней стадии. Умение пациента самостоятельно контролировать и управлять изменениями симптомов заболевания способно влиять на качество жизни, частоту обострений, госпитализаций и летальный исход. Самоконтроль заболевания рекомендуется во всем мире для пациентов с ХОБЛ, программы самоуправления заболеванием представлены в большом количестве исследований, но они неоднородны, а доказательства их эффективности противоречивы. В обзоре рассматриваются различные программы самоуправления заболеванием при обострении ХОБЛ и их эффективность.
